Yes. We are a registered export manufacturer. We can provide commercial invoice, packing list, CO (Certificate of Origin), and support for destination-market documentation.

For stock items, lead time is about 1 month after deposit. For customized orders, it is usually 1–3 months depending on season and order quantity; peak season may take longer. We will confirm a timeline in the proforma invoice before production starts.

Our MOQ starts from 240 pieces per style and varies by product and customization level. We also support mixed containers so you can combine multiple styles to reach the MOQ.

Yes. We provide full customization — color, size, material, packaging and private labeling. Our design team can turn your concept or reference photo into a prototype within 5–7 days. A wide range of flower varieties and series are available as a base for customization.

We accept T/T (30% deposit + 70% before shipment), L/C at sight, and D/P for qualified orders. FOB Tianjin is our standard trade term. Full terms will be stated on the proforma invoice.

Quality is checked at every stage: raw material inspection, in-process sampling at each stage, and a final QC pass before packing. Each shipment is inspected for quantity, color match, accessories and carton marks. We can also arrange third-party inspection (SGS / Bureau Veritas) at your request.

Absolutely. We encourage sampling. Stock samples are free (you cover shipping); customized samples are charged at cost and the fee is refundable against your bulk order. Samples are usually ready within 5–7 days.

We ship by sea (FCL / LCL), air, and express (DHL / FedEx / UPS) depending on order size and urgency. We work with experienced freight forwarders and can handle EXW, FOB Tianjin, CIF or DDP terms. We help you choose the most cost-effective option.
