As the 116th International Women's Day approached, on March 7 our company joined the Nieguantun Village Women's Federation to host the “Warm March, Women in Bloom — Saluting Her Power” activity in the village committee activity room. The “Nieguantun Moms Care Team” and women villagers gathered to celebrate the festival together.
The venue was filled with the scent of flowers, roses, carnations, hydrangeas and more on display. Guided by a floral instructor, everyone sat around the long table, trimming and arranging with care. From elders to young women, all focused on their work, exchanging tips from time to time. Amid laughter, one unique floral piece after another took shape. Holding their creations with happy smiles, participants found joy in the making and grew closer as neighbors.
During the activity, the vitality of the “Nieguantun Moms Care Team” was truly moving. They are both guardians of their families and a main force in the village's cultural life. The women villagers contribute quietly to environmental protection, pass on warmth through mutual help, nurture family harmony, and work hard in their own roles — with their actions interpreting the resilience and value of rural women in the new era.
This village-enterprise collaboration was especially meaningful. Shuangcun Crafts provided full support for the event and built a platform for local women to find employment and increase their income — allowing them to grow as individuals while caring for their families.
At the end of the event, all participants posed for a group photo with their floral works, their bright smiles frozen into the most beautiful scenery of the spring day.
Looking ahead, we will continue to be guided by the “15th Five-Year Plan”, building more platforms for women's growth and showcase, inspiring the village's women to devote themselves to rural revitalization with an even more spirited attitude, and let their distinct brilliance bloom on the new-era journey. Saluting every extraordinary “her” — may the flowers of women forever flourish!
