2. Inquiries and quotations

• Product information on the website is for reference only; specific specifications, prices and lead times are subject to the formal quotation sheet
• Sample fees are deductible against bulk orders
• Quotations are valid for 30 days unless otherwise agreed in writing

3. Orders and payment

• Standard payment terms: 30% deposit + 70% before shipment (T/T)
• L/C at sight can also be negotiated
• Production lead time follows the delivery date confirmed in the Proforma Invoice (PI)

4. Intellectual property

Images, text and trademarks on the website are owned by Tianjin Shuangcun Craft Co., Ltd. Unauthorized commercial use is prohibited. Custom designs provided by customers remain the intellectual property of the customer.

5. Disclaimers
